Es hat teilweise auch etwas T\u00e4nzerisches an sich, weshalb ich meine Flows gerne zu passender Musik gestalte.<\/p>\n<p>Um das Ganze auch f\u00fcr Neueinsteiger zug\u00e4nglicher zu machen, werde ich haupts\u00e4chlich \u201eSlow Flows\u201c unterrichten, was bedeutet, dass einzelne Asanas etwas l\u00e4nger gehalten werden, um auch ein besseres Gef\u00fchl daf\u00fcr zu bekommen.<\/p>\n<p>Lerne deinen K\u00f6rper besser kennen, tu ihm und auch deinem Geist etwas Gutes.
